From Dream to Reality
FunLand Adventure Park began as a simple dream in 2013 when childhood friends Marcus Brightwell and Elena Rosewood, both parents themselves, recognized the need for a truly exceptional children's entertainment venue in Toronto. After visiting numerous family entertainment centers across North America, they envisioned something unique: a place where safety, creativity, and unbridled fun would come together seamlessly.
Two years of meticulous planning, community engagement, and partnership building culminated in the grand opening of FunLand in July 2015. Starting with a modest 15,000 square foot facility featuring 12 attractions, we welcomed over 3,000 families during our first month alone.
The overwhelming positive response from the community inspired us to expand rapidly. By 2018, we had doubled our space and introduced cutting-edge interactive technology. Today, FunLand spans 35,000 square feet and hosts over 250,000 visitors annually, establishing itself as Ontario's premier destination for family entertainment.
